Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
We don’t list houses because we are a cash home buying company. We buy houses that fit our criteria. Unlike with a Realtor, we do not charge fees, and there are no closing costs.
Will you give me a fair offer?
Good Question! Our goal is now to “lowball” you, our goal is to prepare you a fair offer on your house that you are happy with, that also works for us. When we provide homeowners with options to sell their home, we are making our best offer based on multiple factors, most of which are unique to the property and situation.
How do you determine the offer on my house?
Our process is very straightforward. We simply look at the location and condition of the property, along with factors like size, beds/ba, lot and other features and compare to the values of houses that have recently sold in the area with similar features to determine what your home is worth. Then, we determine what options you have to sell your home. Here’s how it works
Are there any fees or commissions after we receive our fair cash offer?
Nope, none! That’s what separates us from the “traditional” way of selling your house through a realtor or listing service. When we buy houses, the offer we provide is the amount you get because we cover all closing costs and fees associated with settlement.
How are you different from a real estate agent?
We’re quite different, actually. A Realtor charges a commission (5-6% or more) for starters. We do not. Additionally, a Realtor will simply list your property and hope to find a buyer. We ARE buyers, and we have a large network of buyers just like us, looking to purchase homes. Which means when you work with us, you can rest assured knowing your home will be sold quick!
Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
There is absolutely zero obligation. Once you’ve provided your info, we will do some research and come up with an offer that we feel is fair for your house. From there, it’s 100% your decision if you want to work with us. It’s pretty much as hassle free as it gets!
